The Stranger Inside by Laura Benedict is a riveting and engrossing suspense novel. This book doesn't leave one moment for the reader to be bored. It will make you miss your bedtime, I couldn't put it down!
It is a truly well written multifaceted murder mystery with well developed characters. Although I was able to figure out who the stranger was from early on, as well as who was involved, it didn't take away from the suspense and I was still drawn to the story because I could not figure out their motives.
The pacing of the book was perfect. It had one twist after the other right until the very end. The story was told from two different timelines, each with a different POV. The chapters were dated so it was relatively easy to follow along without being confused.
The Stranger Inside is set to be published in February 2019 so be sure to add it to your TBR! I highly recommend!
