I'm hooked on this series! These books are fast paced and full of adventure! In this book, you get to know Detective Josie Quinn better, especially about her past. This was by far my favorite part of the book. I also love that as the story progresses, she has her sh*t together. The first book was my least favorite (even though I gave it 4 stars because it was pretty darn good) I felt like she was just a complete mess.
Additionally, I adore the other characters (the good ones) and her support system. I feel like I'm their friend and I'm in the story with them trying to support and help Josie.
Reading this title I thought I knew how the story was going to play out, but let me tell you there are lots of twists and turns in this one! You will not be left disappointed. I already can't wait to read the fourth installment!
