I am still not over it, this one was such an emotional rollercoaster I can’t even imagine when the story goes next. I’ve mentioned it over and over, but this series just gets better and better! Lisa Regan consistently delivers! This novel was immediately engrossing, as are all of her others. Her books never have a dull moment. She keeps me turning the pages and conducting my own investigation with the Denton PD while keeping me on the edge of my seat. In this novel, we learn more about Dr. Anya Feist, which I love! I relish the story even more when the story revolves around a main character because I love learning more about Josie’s support system and the little family she built herself. As usual, the action starts right aware, and the story is full of surprises and twists! I can’t say I loved the ending, but it was definitely unpredictable,...
