The

“I’m pretty sure being in the middle of the
wilderness with a stranger thousands of miles away from everything I know
pretty much entails that I am all about the adventure.”
Now, I knew I loved Alaska Romances when I read The Simple Wild
and Wild at Heart By K.A. Tucker. Which after reading The Simple Wild was when
I decided I needed to read ALL the outdoor romance books I could find. (That is
what I call these books, they may go by a different name but…)
Here comes The Tourist Attraction. It takes us to Moose
Springs, Alaska. A tiny town with a giant resort and lots of tourists that the
locals don’t like.
Graham runs a diner called The Tourist Trap and he has a
strict rule that he doesn’t like tourists. Lana has been a tourist for years
and this time she brought her friend Zoey… Graham wanted to break all his rules
for her.
This book was cheesy cute, think Hallmark movies, and I think
that was part of the appeal for me. Besides falling in love with Moose Springs
and all the characters. Truly, I loved all the characters which is exceedingly
rare for me. Also, there is a dog in the book who is blind and cute and honestly,
he was the BEST character. Anyway, loved the book. Uber cheese. Lots of snark
and sarcasm. I laughed a lot.
The only thing I didn’t really love was we never really find
out why Graham hates tourists so much and wants nothing to do with them. I mean
there was a part where they talk about how tourists caused a drunk driving
accident once, but it doesn’t specifically come out why Graham hates them. So,
I was waiting for that to drop but it never came.
But my love for Moose Springs is real because I immediately
started the next book in the series, Mistletoe & Mr. Right (review coming this week
as well since I have like 100 pages left and I started yesterday), and I preordered
book 3, Enjoy the View (release date 1/19/21).
If you read these, I hope you fall in love with Moose Springs
as much as I did.
