Every Breath by Nicholas Sparks Review

Hello everyone! Mommy Reads here! :) Any other Nicholas Sparks fans? Which one of his books is your favorite? I'm a huge sucker for a cheesy romantic novel and I think Nicholas does it perfectly. I don't think I was ever disappointed by one of his books.

I had been waiting for a long time to finally read his new novel, Every Breath, and I've read it super fast, just like all his previous books. Easily my favorite read this year! Every Breath is heartbreaking, sad and moving but also full of hopes and love. Just like all his previous books, I cried, laughed and rooted for the characters in this novel. I could not put it down and at the same time didn't want it to end. Every Breath is another example of how amazing and powerful the author's words are. After I finished reading this book, I sat and reminisced on why his novels will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for another amazing book! I'm already anxiously waiting for the next one!

Here's a quick synopsis:
Hope Anderson is a thirty-six year old at a crossroad. With a boyfriend of six years and no plans for a wedding still and her father dying of ALS, she decided to go away to her family's cottage in Sunset Beach, North Carolina for a week.

Tru Walls never visited North Carolina until he received a letter from a man claiming to be his father. A safari guide in Zimbabwe, he decides to take a risk and go meet this man in the hopes to unravel mysteries of his mother's early life.

When the two strangers cross paths, their connection is electrifying. In the days that follows, they will have to decide between family duties and personal happiness in devastating ways.
